I can't see below the 5 for a gold mark. Neither piece has damage like cracks or chew marks and minor scratches. I have not tested and cannot guarantee the fountain pen for working condition. The mechanical pencil works as intended. This is a very attractive set in the hand with no handling dullness and good colors.
