The Depth and Quality of the Ronce Laque Finish is a result of being Individually Hand Lacquered 14 Times and Polished 14 Times (by Hand also). This Creates the Deep Luminous Glow. The Pen was made in the Early 1980's. The Pen has had very light use but is Near Mint.....still in the box. Most Importantly, it has the Converter....it is ready to write and has a more uncommon MEDIUM Nib.
