The back door latch does not hold securely so the back door opens easily. The control panel is missing some screws. The teflon anti-friction tape on wear surfaces is worn in some spots, and should be replaced. We are not sure what size of film this can use; it came to us fitted with 21.5cm width film. There are a few small holes in the sides with no apparent purpose. Note there is a holder for a UV sterilizing lamp, but no lamp is installed and we dont know if it is currently wired to power Notes: This machine is in good working condition. We verified it will seal and fill pouches reliably after its set up, as shown in the accompanying video. The touch screen is responsive to touch inputs. One of the o-rings to seal the fittings at the water hose inlet is torn and sprays a little water, which is why the floor is wet in our video (!) No other testing was done.
