Description: Equilibrium dialysis chamber (1,000 μL/1 mL sample chamber capacity), single sided biodialyser with magnet. Made entirely of inert, autoclavable PTFE; simply load the sample well, place an ultrafiltration membrane over it, and screw in the threaded cap ring to hold it in place. Then place the assembly in a beaker for dialysis. This unit contains a magnet that acts as a stirring bar, agitating sample and dialysate for faster exchange. After dialysis, recover the sample with a pipette; solids deposit on the PTFE bottom. This chamber capacity has been discontinued by the manufacturer, and we only have one. For in vitro use only.
