The book was published in 2020 by the Folio Society and has 'First Printing 2020' on the copyright page. It is beautifully illustrated throughout with scenes of nature and animals. This edition also includes Mr Rabbit's Christmas Wish, which is an absolute delight to read, Sandwyk's illustrations are truly stunning. Both the book and slipcase are in excellent condition, the book itself has just one small bump to one corner, other than that it is perfect and appears to be unread. The slipcase is in mint condition with no damage. A superb, highly collectable book, definitely one to treasure. It comes with a Charles Van Sandwyk small Christmas card depicting a mouse wearing deer antlers with 'deer little Chris mouse' printed on the front. It's one of the illustrations from the book - page 107. Both will be very carefully packaged and sent fully insured, tracked and signed via the Royal Mail. International buyers are welcome.
