Description: Here's a beautiful little plate featuring a young sandpiper with white "sky" behind him, and greens and browns on the "ground". It is signed on the back "BRUMM". Norman Brumm (1938-2008) was a Michigan artist, and is well known for his enamel on copper work. This little plate measures 4 7/8" diameter. The front is perfect, even around the rim. On the back, however, there is a tiny nick? in the enamel. It is on the bottom side of the plate, and can just barely be felt with a fingernail on the bottom edge of the rim.
