Board corners curling in and bumped, light fraying of fabric on corners; bit of a foreward lean to spine; very small rips in fabric on bottom of spine. Front hinge a tad tender, but gutter endpaper fully intact and feels very sound. Pencil on front pasted down endpaper. Fore edge of text block untrimmed, so page fore edges may have small chips, rips and creases. Some widening in the gutters in spots with binding webbing a bit visible, but overall binding very sound. Some very minor blemish marks on some pages (e.g., small dot marks). Pencil on back endpaper.
