Description: This is silent TV spot for the 1963 BLOOMSBURG PA FAIR in PENNSYLVANIA. Soundtrack is black. No sound. It came from a lot I purchased years ago from a retired tv station engineer. Mounted on 3" plastic reel that is full to the 2-1/2" mark. Still has the aluminum tape used to mark the start of the commercial. It plays VERY NICELY as it seen limited use. Looks to be an exciting commercial. LOTS of flashing graphics, fireworks, run dates, etc. NO VINEGAR, WARPING, SPLICES THAT WE NOTED. Written on OLD masking tape is BLOOMSBURG FAIR 1963. This was a genuine TV spot that came from a TV station.
