Heat Iron to 250 °F to 285 °F(120 °C to 140 °C) or Polyester position 2. Preheat the cloth where you will apply the iron-on tape for 20 seconds 3. Put the tape flat on the fabric on which you want o apply, glossy plastic film facing iron. 4. Apply Iron for 15 to 20 seconds seconds. 5. Wait for the tape to cool down 6.
