The waist measures at 28 inches The length of the skirt is 39 inches The length of the sides of the top measure at 6 inches and the bust portion that is not shear measures from top to bottom 9.75 inches The photos I listed show my daughter she is 5’1 so the dress was altered to fit her. She did wear it with a low heal. Also she wears a c/d cup bra and the top fit well. The back is shear on the top. It zips on the bottom portion of the top and has hooks at the neck. If the photos don’t show it it is like baby pink. It has only been worn once. I do not know the brand as the tag was removed when it was fitted. And although it is two piece it shows very little midrif if you are short like my daughter.
