I purchased this wonderful brush new many years ago and I never used it and has sat well protected in cool dark storage ever since. Beautiful brush that comes to a very fine point when wet and holds a good amount of pigment/water. Hand made in France by expert brush makers. Nickel Ferrule is well attached to the handle and does not move or wobble. Glossy black lacquered handle is marked "8 Isabey 6228 Kolinsky France" (see photo 5). Overall a beautiful Isabey Kolinsky Sable brush that's sure to please the new owner. Measures approximately 9 inches long with hair length of 1 inch.
