For example: I can use the A and B button when trying to add a name at the beginning, but I can't get the Directional Pad to scroll through the alphabet letters. Sometimes it makes sounds but not every time. - I cannot test the Pan button because the Directional Pad will not work. - Red scan light turns on.- I was not able to successfully scan a barcode.
