Anything more than 36 singles will be shipped USPS Ground.Cards more than 3 will be taped together (Not the top of the penny sleeve) This is to insure that cards do not shift during shipping. But overall range in condition like stated above ranging from Slight imperfections to Nearly perfectAll Art Rares are LP-NM, ranging from scratches, whitening, small imperfections, to basically perfect.
