This card was produced to look like the Inkworks Autograph Card that Phil Hartman was supposed to sign for their SMALL SOLDIERS trading card release. Phil played Phil Fimple, a resident in the movie & was slated to sign cards before he was tragically murdered. This card was not in packs, but was only available directly from the company.
