These gorgeous earrings feature an intricate filigree design that looks like a snowflake. These earrings are individually handmade by iDu Jewelry in our Louisville, KY studio.Each earring dangle is created by cutting out round discs from sheet .925 sterling silver. We then solder on these beautiful .925 sterling silver filigree designs. Each earring is slightly domed and then a hole drilled for the ear wire attachment. We tumble polish the earring dangle for approximately 12 hours going through 3 different polishing mediums. They are then antiqued to make them pitch black and then tumble polished again for 6 hours to remove the antiquing from the high spots revealing the filigree design.Each of the earrings are marked with iDu and .925 on the backside (see picture). The earring dangle is approximately 14mm (0.55 inch) in diameter.
