I see two tiny blemishes on his black hat that have been touched with marker? There are some lines in the pearly glaze. I think this is mid 90s? The paint is adorable and so is the woodland critter scene. A squirrel and bunny exchanging gifts near a basket of apples, a teddy bear and star topped snowy tree.
