Description: This is a 25 g pouch of sodium benzoate, a common preservative. It is 100% pure and is food grade. It may seem that 25 g isn't much, but you don't use much. In the application I am selling this for, 25 g is enough for 50 quarts of sodamix. You use about 1/8 tsp per quart. Why pay extra for a pound of the stuff that you'll never use and which will just take up space? This is intended for making sodamix, the syrup used to flavor soda water made with a sodamaker like those made by Sodastream. Look in my eBay store at the "sodamix" category to see all the other products I sell for making sodamix. You can, however, use this to prevent mold and spoilage in most any food product.
