It is impossible to describe every detail of a used model as even brand new models of the highest quality may have minor imperfections, realizing that these are all individual pieces of art work and subject to human error. For descriptive purposes I use lots of high resolution photos and try to capture enough detail to show you the entire model and any marks or imperfections that it may have. Repeat customers know I am very good at handling any returns that are justified - I just don't allow returns for people who use and then return or for buyer remorse.
