It is not on normal paper but seems like a rubbery plastic - it is not brittle at all but soft-ish and pliable and is a gigantic pell off sticker as it has a backing that can be removed to apply the gigantic poster to a billboard surface or a wilding construction area I suppose . THEY ARE VERY RARE . The middle and bottom photo shows the reflection of light off the shiny surface as the photo was taken in the shade because this ridiculously large poster to get a square image I needed to take the photo straight down from the second floor staircase of my apartment building- you can see the shade covered concrete barely past the edge of the poster . Then I took the top photo in full direct sunlight - notice the concrete is very bright in the upper left off the edge of the poster! . I took this close-up photo at the same time as the other but in the sun and at a angle that prevented the harsh reflection so you can see part of the poster without it and the colors nice and bright and clear. THE MIDDLE PHOTO WAS MY ATTEMPT IN PHOTOSHOP TO REMOVE THE HARSH REFLECTION FROM THE BOTTOM PHOTO!!
