Case Spine label is intact, very good condition except a small split on back side in all black area. Splatterhouse Hu-card in excellent condition. Game TESTED in my TurboGrafx-16 unit and WORKS! Comes with plastic Hu-card protective sleeve. Original Splatterhouse Manual with all pages, in excellent condition.
