Description: This antique Spode Copeland Eden platter is a beautiful addition to any collection. Made in England in 1913, it features a glossy transferware finish with a multicolor bird theme. The platter is 14-3/4" long, 10-7/8" wide, and 1-1/2" high, with one compartment and a weight of 2.5 pounds. It is in absolutely beautiful estate condition with NO chips, NO cracks, NO crazing, NO repairs and NO restorations. It shows only very minor signs of age appropriate wear from normal use. Care instructions recommend hand washing only. The platter is unboxed and has a printed and impressed backstamp, along with the registry number 615911 which dates it to 1913. Its production technique is pottery and it is in the Eden pattern. Perfect for display or use, this platter is a piece of history from the early 20th century.
