Description: Spode Pattern 4052 Hand Colored Flowers in Basket Ovoid Dessert Dish C.1822-1825 Nice antique Spode new stone dish. Decorated in pattern 4052 with hand colored flowers in pink and orange with gold highlights and cobalt leaves and basket. Gold highlights to the handles. Has the impressed Spode's New Stone mark used between 1805 and 1820; however, the pattern number fits into the range of pattern numbers introduced between 1822 and 1825. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 10 1/2 inches long x 7 1/4 inches wide x 2 1/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. FX
