Description: When I got this, it only made noise as if batteries were dead... because of age, I wanted to assure the battery compartment wasn't corroded and assure that it worked. It's still perfect! I cleaned up everything... cut original tape seals to gently remove the inner tray. One section behind the lower logo had to be separated from the cardboard tray... Basically, a glued section had to be separated... you don't see this unless you remove it. I put scotch tape over original seals to put back together. Images you see are each stage of removing everything, testing, and putting back... Only 1 time, just now... It works amazing. Both eyes light up the jaw chomps on the bone, and it talks very loud... When it's done talking, the lid slams shut... The sticker on the front says to open the lid all the way... I found that I had to use a little bit of strength to open all the way unless i'm missing something? Seemed forced a bit? Maybe there's something you press to make the lid open more fluidly...but it is brand new so its either normalor user error...I removed the batteries so you'll have to do what I did to see it..the lid comes up easily in the beginning few inches and it was constantly going off. Please just look over the photos well for condition. The box is in overall nice condition given its age and design. If you collect old Halloween props with this "cheesy" or fun theme, this is awesome to own. There are no returns, so please be sure and ask questions if any prior to buying.
