Was purchased new in 2008 or later. Two SM series external mount end blocks with magnet bars and target clamps. May be used with DC (up to 200kw) or MF (80khz MFAC) power supply. Cooling water needed is one liter per minute per kilowatt for each magnetron. System is in good shape and was used to deposit a uniform thin film on a three foot wide web. Target changes are quick (1 hour typical) and target utilization is high (70 %).Will accept multiple sized (length) targets to fit different sized systems' vacuum chambers. Rotary targets have a 125 mm ID. NOTE: The two rotary targets shown in the phots are not included with this sale. We do have some rotary targets available, both new and used, that are compatible with this sputtering unit. May be inspected prior to purchase. Sale price does not include crating or shipping.
