We tend to ship faster than our 3 day handling time, but have it set to three days in case of extenuating circumstances. We generally ship our items out Tuesdays- Saturdays, as that is when we have UPS & USPS pickup. International Shipping:We use Ebay's Global Shipping option. We will not ship internationally any other way, as this option provides protection for both us and yourself. Items ship to an Ebay hub, then are prepared for customs & sent internationally. This option provides tracking viewable for the both of us. It does issue two shipping numbers, firstly the UPS or USPS tracking # to the Global Shipping Hub, then an international shipping tracking number that you can enter on Pitney Bowes' site to receive tracking information. Using this option for global shipping, we unfortunately cannot combine shipping on different items. Returns: We have our return policy set to no returns accepted. However, Ebay does give buyers protection in the event that A) The item is not as described or B) The product is damaged. In the case of either of these, we would like to ask that you message us first to discuss the issue, prior to requesting a return.
