Description: Beautiful Early Post Card This postcard is unused. Bismarck’s first State Capitol Building was built between 1883 and 1884 to house the territorial government. After North Dakota became a state, the Senate wing was built on the south side in 1894, and the House wing was built on the north side in 1903.Unfortunately, a fire destroyed the North Dakota State Capitol Building on December 28, 1930. It is in very good condition with no rips, folds or bends. I make every attempt to provide a good photo and an accurate description.
