Description: Staunton handmade chess pieces - series unknown - 3.5" King - used. I cannot figure out what series this is. It does not appear as though Staunton makes this series any more. It is fairly detailed. Take a look, for example, at the knights. I am also not sure what the wood is. The white pieces are almost certainly boxwood. But, I'm not sure about the black pieces. The pieces have a leather bottom with the House of Staunton logo. There are extra queens. There is also an extra bishop and an extra pawn because the original pieces arrived damaged. The box is included. The wood of the box is in decent shape. But, the blue interior, which was clearly glued on, is coming unglued. If you have any questions, please ask.
