Description: Set of 4 3D printed adapter pieces and 8 screws which allow the mounting of armrests designed for Steelcase Leap V2 chairs onto Steelcase Leap V1 chairs. They add some height to the arms due to the differrences in the design, but allow V2 armrests, which are more commonly available, to be mounted on older V1 chairs without any modification. CompatibilityLeap chairs made before 12/13/1999 are incompatible. They have a distinct armrest which is even more rounded, like an oval. This version has 4 rounded corners. I suspect later model leaps may have a different mounting area on the chair which is a flat piece of plastic, as opposed to the formed sheet metal on the chair in the photos. The pictured chair has a ship date of 07/03/01. Please send me a message if you have any questions, or want to send a photo of your chair with the arm pad removed. If you purchase a set which does not fit your chair, I will refund your purchase entirely and you won't be responsible for return shipping. If you suspect you have a V1 with a different armrest mounting method, I may be interested in designing a new adapter for it if required and providing a set to you free of charge in exchange.
