Sterling Cap Oil Vinegar dressing bottle, american brilliant cut crystal Hawkes

Description: This is for an antique "Oil Vinegar" bottle. Says Oil at the top on the side and vinegar below near bottom. Measures: 7-1/4" tall by 2-1/2" wide top at bottom. Made by Hawkes co. and signed on the bottom "Hawkes". The cut pattern is "Vernay Waterford" and it has the original Sterling Cap (this was not monogrammed). One of the surviving Hawkes catalogs shows it was called bottle #2142, this is a great additional cutting for this. These are antique and pre-owned. The wheat glass is in good condition. The thistle glass has a tiny fleabite under the the top rim on the outside that is flat and is not sharp- this one could easily be used or displayed with this flaw. see pictures- discounted for the nip, consider it free. ...................................................................................................... *No Returns/Refunds Policy*...Please Note that we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse.
