Description: Sterling Silver Pierced Bowl Basket Neo-Classic with Four Lion Paw Feet Marked Howard Silver Co Providence RI c1900 Presented is beautiful pierced bowl or basket marked for Howard Silver Co Providence Rhode Island in service from c1878 – 1902. This great piece is marked for sterling silver with a style or product number of 120X. It has great Neo-classic profile with a scalloped edge, pierced around the sides and has four well-formed lion paw feet. It has no dents, dings or monogram and only some fine scratches from gentle use and care as well as some hard to polish spots in the bottom. It makes an excellent piece for the refined silver collector.
