Description: Stickley and Brandt Antique matching carved Chair and Rocker Set 1905-1909 in Fantastic Condition for their being at least 112 years old. These chairs are rock solid and very comfortable to sit or rock in. They have a few minor marrs and scratches that are hardly worth mentioning. The finish is thought to be original and in very nice condition. Some minor finish wear on the claws at the ends of the arms as where hands abs arms would make contact. They are from the estate of a 95 year old woman and they belonged to her parents. The Stickley museum sent a photo of this set that they have but have never actually seen a set in person. These must be considered as very rare. The seats are 17” from the floor. The arms on both are 25” wide side to safe, the back of the arm chair is 40” tall and the back of the rocker is 34” tall. The Stickley abs Brandt Logo label is the same as that sent by the museum and is affixed to the bottom of the arm chair. Located in Haslett Michigan which is 3.5 hours from downtown Chicago, 3 hours from downtown Cleveland, 3 hours from downtown Indianapolis, 1.5 hours from downtown Detroit local pickup only please as we would not trust a shipper with such precious Cargo.
