Striking 1950s parlor guitar, made in France by noted luthier Louis Patenotte

Description: Luthier Louis Patenotte was based in Mirecourt, “the center of French luthiery for over a century.”  His guitars were known for their floral inlays—this one is in fairly good shape and full-bodied tone. Solid spruce top, flamed maple back and sides, inlay and bindings original, maple neck, replacement tuners.  The guitar is seventy years old, with some defects: Rosette warped on both sides of fingerboard (see photos).
