It's embellished with incised stripes around the belly. The handle is thick and bulky, and perfect for lifting this large capacity mug. The mug is about 5.25 inches tall and 3.75 inches in diameter. It can hold about 20 ounces of beverage. This mug is handmade, so there are a few imperfections from the manufacture process. It's in EXCELLENT PHYSICAL CONDITION, without any chips, cracks, scratches, repairs or discolorations.
