Flint glass font, with a floral and berry garland cutting. Original threaded brass collar, and brass (or cast bronze) and black marble base. Lamp stands 9 3/4" tall, to top of collar. Marble base measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2". Extremely heavy, weighing over 4 1/2 pounds, before packing. Sold just as-found, unpolished, with original warm patina. Displays beautifully, and is excellent condition, wit no damage. Both the font and the marble are free of chips, nicks, cracks, hairlines, and stains. No repairs. Glass is crystal clear, with no cloudiness or haze. Guaranteed to be antique circa-1800's, and not a modern reproduction.
