Description: This is a vintage soapstone sculpture made by an Inuit carver. I estimate that it was made on the 1960's. The abstract form of this reminds me of ocean waves. The color is a very dark green almost black. The carving is in good condition. One chip on bottom edge. Not visible from the sides. There are some scratches as shown in the photos. Im quite sure the scratches could be polished out. This may have been signed but there is wear on the bottom so nothing can be made out. The sculpture measures 9" in Length 7" tall and 4" thick. It weighs 16 pounds. It will ship it in a medium flat rate box.
