Description: I have owned this vibrant needlepoint framed piece for a while and displayed it over the holidays. I'm not sure if some of the stitching is called crewel because it is "long" stitching. I love the colors and the various Judaic themes as well as the berries and greenery. The design looks like a stain glass window. I can't find another on line for the pattern or maker name. The background color is light blue to my eyes, but it can look different in darker settings. I took most of the pictures outside in partial shade to show what I consider the true colors. It has no glass and measures approx. 12" wide by 15" tall with the silver chrome (I think) frame being approx. .75 inches wide. It is fairly lightweight. There are no flaws other than one thread on the bottom right leaf looks loose, but I think this is where the artist tied it off and the paper in back is torn in many places. Has a hook to hang. Thanks for bidding! I will ship this the least expensive way offered to your home.
