Striking necklace features five medallions, all different. Center medallion has a blue oval cabochon surrounded by decorative silver designs and blue enamel. Others are a floral shape of five, large, champagne rhinestones; a silver round with blue enamel designs; a round with brown and tan swirls; and a round with blue enamels and silver swirls. The ends consist of five pieces of leather: two in dark blue suede, one in brown suede, and two round black leather cords. Both ends of leather pieces have a decorative silver cap.
