Donald Reese Cooper (1931 - 2016) was a long time personal friend and fellow local Central Kentucky collector and one of which I had the good fortune of spending much time with in the hobby over years. He assemble many fine relics over his lifetime with a collection that included over 1000 plus quality pieces at the time of his passing.
