This is an 1870 2 Cent Coin from Belgium in a protective display card. The coin features a Lion on one side and a design on the reverse. The coin was issued during the reign of King Leopold II - Roi Des Belges - King of the Belgians. The protective display card has writing on it. See photos for more information.
