It is royal blue with the Captain America emblem on front and the back is plain red. All four capes measure approximately 27 inches across the bottom. Spiderman, Superman & Raphael all measure about 26" long.All have hook and loop closures. Appear to be made of a polyester. The Captain America cape is the longest - it measures 34 inches long.
