Description: Nice copy of the rare original early 1960s Odeon India black label pressing of Talat Mahmood’s Ghazals to Remember LP on Odeon MOCE-1016. Classic Bollywood singer with some of his earliest recordings. The EMI / HMV pressings are rather common, but the original Odeon pressing is very rare. This copy is quite nice. I am grading it VG because there are lots of visible scuffs and marks but they are mostly superficial. It plays quite nicely with only light background crackle between songs and maybe in quieter parts, but it isn’t bad. Still perfectly enjoyable, with no loud pops or groove wear. The cover has light edgewear and some soft surface creasing but no seam splits or heavy damage at all. Really a nice cover. So hard to find original copies of this album, and usually they are in way worse shape. This one is perfectly enjoyable and quite nice.
