Tama Iron Cobra Lever Glide Hi-Hat Stand HH905D Genuine product New

Description: DescriptionThis is a hi-hat stand from TAMA. This hi-hat stand was developed using the know-how cultivated with drum pedals. It features a light step and speedy action brought about by the lever glide system, which applies the principle of leverage. When closing the hat, the air between the two cymbals is quickly released, creating a crisp sound. The IRON COBRA hi-hat stand was developed using the know-how cultivated with drum pedals. It features a light step and speedy action brought about by the lever glide system, which applies the principle of leverage. A noiseless design that deliberately uses a strap for the drive unit.It also features various mechanisms, such as a spring sheet to increase the "sharpness" of the sound when closing, and the ability to adjust the footboard angle and spring tension to suit the player's preferences. In addition, the 2017 model is newly equipped with a quick-set hi-hat clutch that allows the cymbal to be attached and detached with one touch. This is a high-end hi-hat stand from TAMA that has succeeded in increasing the convenience of setup and transportation.■Hi-hat stand■IRON COBRA■Pipe diameter: 28.6mm-25.4mm■2 legs: double leg■Spring tension: 6-step adjustment■Weight: 5.4Kg■Height adjustment range:Approx. 720mm-1,000mm (when using standard rod)Approx. 720mm-850mm (when using short rod)*Distance from floor to bottom of cymbal when cymbal is set●Quick-Set Hi-Hat Clutch (PAT.PENDING)A hi-hat clutch that is compatible with TAMA's hi-hat rod (6mm) as well as hi-hat stands with rods up to 7mm. By simply operating the button on the bottom part, you can set/release the cymbal on the clutch with one touch. In addition, by minimizing the contact area with the top cymbal, you can get a more natural sound and sustain when playing half-open or open. ●Spring SeatA bottom seat designed to increase the "sharpness" of the hi-hat closed sound. By slightly tilting the support part that supports the bottom cymbal, the air that occurs between the two cymbals when closing the hi-hat with the pedal is quickly released, creating a crisp sound. ●TAMA's original mechanism "Lever Glide" applies the principle of leverage to allow you to step on the pedal with about half the force of conventional mechanisms. In addition to significantly reducing the force required to step on the pedal, the action of the lever extends the stroke of the footplate, allowing you to enjoy more subtle half-open sounds and sharp tight closes. ●6-Way Tension AdjustmentThe spring tension can be adjusted in six steps by rotating the adjustment dial. You can visually check the tension. It can also be operated with one hand, so you can easily adjust it while sitting on the stool. ●Footboard Angle AdjustmentEquipped with a footboard angle adjustment function that greatly affects the width of the step and sound variation. Twin pedals can also be set up more naturally. ●Tilt SystemAdopts a tilt system that allows you to tilt the stand itself by raising and lowering the fulcrum of the leg.●Spare-The-Rods Tension Rod ProtectorThe tension rod is inserted into the upper pipe and secured with a hi-hat clutch, a unique TAMA storage function. This prevents deformation of the rod and protects the hi-hat stand from trouble during transportation. ●Duo-spikeYou can switch between spikes and rubber depending on the condition of the floor. ●Dual LegsThe two-legged stand allows for smooth setup of twin pedals. The forward force caused by stepping on the footboard is absorbed by two legs, providing excellent stability even on slippery floors. ●Non-Loosening Tension RodA rubber ring is attached under the fixing nut of the tension rod. This prevents the tension rod from loosening during performance. ●Swivel FootEquipped with a mechanism that allows the two legs to rotate freely independent of the direction of the footboard. This makes setup when using twin pedals much easier.●Glide-Tite Grip JointThe nylon bush joint structure developed by TAMA itself in the 1970s was re-examined from scratch to achieve a natural sound for cymbals and drums. The result was the joint structure "Glide-Tite Grip Joint" that combines this metal-to-metal fixing method with a nylon bush structure. By fixing the pipes and joints with metal, the stand becomes a solid and stable structure from the upper to lower pipes. As a result, cymbals and drums "vibrate" naturally on a more stable stand, making it less likely for the vibrations generated by the instruments during play to escape into the stand, maximizing the inherent potential of the instruments. When sliding the pipes, the nylon bush built into the joint hits the pipes, achieving smooth movement and preventing damage to the pipes. ●Hinge Guard BlockThe method of fixing the bearings at both ends of the hinge shaft has been changed from the conventional method of penetrating the side of the footboard to a method of holding the bearings by sandwiching them above and below. This distributes the force on the bearings, reducing the load on the hinge shaft itself, allowing for more precise rotation than previous models and providing smoother operation than ever before.ShippingWe attach the tracking number to all items.
