Description: This sale is for 10 issues of Technical World Magazine from May, 1911 through November, 1914--. Condition-wise, the problem areas are the same on all issues--loose covers with covers in rough shape and lots of binding edge deterioration. 1 issue has the wrong cover--it has one from Illustrated World! One or two back covers may be missing. I won't go into the content since you've gotten this far and probably are already familiar. I will say that it is striking how many general ideas have come to fruition in the 110+ years since these were published--like how they were seeking to reduce light bulb heat and now we ended up with cooler LED light bulbs. But heck, these magazines cover SO MANY ideas, that they are bound to have predicted a good share of practical science advancement correctly. The 10 issues are: January, 1910August, 1910March, 1911December, 1913January, 1914 June, 1914December, 1914January, 1915February 1915May, 1915 Buyer pays $9 flat rate mailing. I pay any overage. No reserve. 47
