Description: Vintage Technics SL-B200 Turntable. Tested, working. Although this turntable works, plays and puts out sound.. I would still recommend a run through by someone that knows exactly what to look for as this one definitely has some minor quirks. For example the stop button doesn’t stop playback. The arm takes some finesse to initially set on record without any skating. Platter pad was missing so I replaced with one from an Audio Technica TT I had. Just purchased and installed a brand new Audio Technica AT81CP cartridge/stylus combo today (10/16/24). Dust cover and hinges are here and working but left side has been broken and an ugly repair was made with glue. Overall this is a nice working vintage unit for someone’s introduction to turntables.
