It is tested, meaning I hooked up my Ohm meter and it's showing the correct amount of impedance at 4.8 ohms (see the pic). Includes the plastic screw trim ring, which is in excellent shape itself. No damage, cone and foam are no dry rotted or cracked. Terminals are nice and clean. All sales are final. Comes as is and as seen above.
