The shaft has a 917 F adapter (it is authentic with the serial number) offering up to 3* of adjustability in your 913, 917, TS2, TS3, or 915 fairway head. The grip is a nice, but a little dirty, , black/white Titleist Golf Pride M580 grip. The shaft measures just about 42.25" inches and will play just about 43" in your Titleist fairway head. The shaft is in pretty good shape with normal/heavy bag wear in the form of lots of nicks, scratches, scrapes, scarpe marks, paint chips, and scuffs.
