Residency at Penland School of Crafts 1995-1998. He has an extensive biography and represented in museum collections. It is a one-of-a-kind piece of studio art pottery. Measures approximately 11" in length and 6" in width and is signed via impression by the artist (photo). It features earthtone colors and an abstract design that makes it a great addition to any home decor. The tray is hand constructed and crafted using high fired red stoneware clay using a studio technique. Features a semi-opaque glaze. Terra sigillata “sealed earth” process. The tray is perfect for decorative use (candle tray) or for serving meals. It's an excellent choice for those who appreciate contemporary style and art pottery. Clean.
