Description: The Amazing Spider-Man #28 (Sept. 1965, Non-Pareil Publishing Corp.) - Spidey's in for a Hot Time in the Old Town when Steve Ditko and Stan Lee team-up to give you: The Menace of "The Molten Man!" in the villain's First Appearance. The issue grades about 2.0 GD+. The cover, has retained decent reflectivity and color, and all pages, which are cream-colored with tan edges, are attached but the centerfold is detached at the top staple. The front cover spine has heavy creasing and is rolled, the logo has a blemish in the "A" in "Man" that can also be seen on the inside front cover, the bottom edge has creasing and two tears - each approx. 1/4" at the center, the bottom right-hand corner has creasing - the outermost one approx. 1 1/4", the back cover has a lengthy crease at the top left-hand edge, there is some color loss at the top edge, the top right-hand corner has a stain/blemish, the bottom left-hand edge has an approx. 1/4" tear, the bottom right-hand corner is abraded and has an approx. 1/8" bindery tear.
