There are 349 pages filled with delicious recipes such as Jambon de Paris, Saucisson a l'Ail (Garlic Sausage), Chorizos, Pate de Foie d'Italie, and Pieds de Porc (Pig's Trotters). This cookbook would make an excellent addition to your collection. Due to the large number of requests, I am no longer able to research specific contributors or recipes.
