Description: This is a copy of The Art of Navigation in England in Elizabethan and Early Stuart Times, published in 1958. Its in remarkable condition, with some aging as would be expected. There is no dust jacket. Disclaimer, I am not a book dealer or grader. I have learned what I could about book conditions so that I can describe them as accurately as possible. That and good photos should be a good description, and I am happy to answer questions promptly and to best of my knowledge. I have not used any photo enhancement tools on these pictures. There is no writing in the book. The boards are good, corners only very slightly bumped. There is no fading on the spine and the lettering is intact. The pastedowns and end pages are good, with slight age toning and slight foxing. The spine feels intact but there are a few places, just a few, where it has what I call a spine crack where it feels like someone opened the book too wide and something broke. Still, it's in great shape for its age. Please be sure to look at all the pictures carefully before buying. I try hard to take great pictures that accurately describe the items I am selling. I am a retired teacher working from home and enjoy rehoming vintage and pre-loved items.
